Mr. Siddik , 60 years gentleman, came in emergency with history of repeated angina with acute heart failure. He attended CCUs of different hospitals for several times before admitted in this hospital. He was managed conservatively in CCU and underwent coronary angiogram which revealed triple vessel disease (TVD). Angioplasty with stenting was done in a critical lesion 3 years back. Since then he is on regular follow-up and till now he has no cardiac complaints.
